Police in Mumbai have seized 14,900 rat poison capsules from a suspect who was allegedly distributing them during a Muharram procession. The accused, identified as Faiyaz, a resident of Pune, admitted to intending to target the procession and had ordered 50 kilograms of zinc phosphide to fill the capsules. Investigators believe Faiyaz had planned to prepare a total of 30,000 poison-filled capsules, but was detained before he could distribute them all.
